The Catholic Information Center, Cathedral Young Adults, and the Young Adult Leadership Institute present a special Holy Brew event with Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith. Join us via Zoom on Thursday, October 15 at 7:30 as Dr. Dalton-Smith leads a discussion about rest and life. She will share with us her research about the seven different kinds of rest (including sacred rest) that we need in life and the ways as young adults we can better integrate them into our busy lives.

Please note that this event is for young adults in their 20s and 30s only. Registration is not necessary.

Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith is an author, speaker, and board-certified internal medicine physician. She has an active   medical practice in Alabama and is an adjunct faculty member at Baker College and Davenport University teaching courses on health, nutrition, and disease progression. Dr. Dalton-Smith is a national and international media resource on the mind, body, spirit connection and is the author of Set Free to Live and Come Empty and Sacred Rest: Recover Your Life, Renew Your Energy, Restore Your Sanity.
