Family Picnic and Presentation Transformed by Grace: Pope Francis & Everyday Holiness

A light picnic dinner will be served from 3–4pm, followed by a presentation for adults from 4-5:15pm.  Childcare is provided during the presentation. Feel free to bring a blanket to picnic outdoors on the lawn if weather permits.

Growing in holiness is often spoken of in terms of spiritual things we need to do; as if we just worked hard enough, we can make ourselves holy. However, insights from Pope Francis’ recent teaching on holiness, “Rejoice and Be Glad” illustrate how holiness is really about God’s work of transforming us into Himself throughout our daily lives.
