"The aim of the Church is to impart birth to the Divine Spirit in
each individual soul"
- Fr. Isaac Hecker, C.S.P. -

ctively sharing their faith with others, and celebrating the presence of God in our culture and our world, The Catholic Information Center has several specific programs for those who are searching for the meaning of life and who are asking themselves if Jesus of Nazareth might supply that meaning, and if the Catholic Church is the place where they can live that meaning to its fullness.

he first is the Inquiry Class. This is a twelve week program is designed to teach non-Catholics about the Catholic faith and way of life. It also serves as a good introduction for Catholics who wish to update or renew their understanding of Catholic Teaching. Specific topics are taught each week and participants are encouraged to present questions. This program is normally offered three times per year. New sessions begin throughout the year. Call 616-459-7267 for more details. Also, visit our Inquiry page.

he second program, one intended for those already interested in becoming Catholic is The Rite for Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). If you have taken or are taking an Inquiry class and are interested in becoming Catholic please call Fr. John Kenny, CSP at 616-459-7267.
